Hello everyone!
Sorry for the prolonged absence, life has gotten in the way of my crafting. I am here to say that I am taking a little time to share a card I made based off one of the My Favorite Things Sketches, number 63. I didn't get it done in time to post it to the Challenge, but I liked the sketch and I liked how my card turned out so I thought I would share.
I know, I know, I used this cutie in my last card share, but I love her so much I used her again. I only have two PI Girls right now, so until I am using them all the time. This time I coloured her with pencil crayons. I used some K and Company paper and some dollar store bling. I liked the way she turned out. I would really like to try different colouring methods, like OMS and Prismacolors.
I have expanded my stamp collection a bit (ok, a lot) over the last month or so.So I promise to used a different stamp next time (hee hee). I am still waiting to get some decent paper and card stock, there is a possible trip to Winnipeg this week, so I am hoping to get some, and possibly visit a Michael's. I have a couple more projects in the works, so I will hopefully have more to share this weekend. Enjoy the rest of your Friday!
I love the paper and colors you used on your card. I'm also a fan of MFT. They have the cutest stamps. Great job on your card.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you shared this cute card! I miss or forget so many challenges often! Enjoy the rest of your weekend - happy shopping!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I love the bright colors! I really need to try and make a card using sketches. I'm just not very good at following directions I guess. I will make myself try it though. Thank you for letting me join your SCS blogging group. I look forward to future post!
